SDK data: The ActivationKit SDK installed on your application collects page structure data (DOM elements, navigation, sections) to provide AI-powered guidance. This data is associated with your tenant account, not individual end users, unless you opt in to user tracking by passing a user ID.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ActivationKit platform
• Build and maintain your product schema for AI-powered guidance
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Send administrative communications (account changes, billing, security)
• Improve and optimize the service
• Respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), OpenAI (AI processing), Fly.io (hosting), Vercel (website hosting)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. SDK extraction and conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies
